Six Minute AMRAP:
Max Double Under or Single Unders
EMOM - 3 Front Squats (70% of BW)

First minute you start with jump rope then at 2, 3, 4, 5 minute you do the three front squats.

Everyone will have a judge/partner up to help keep track of reps. We will have two winners (DU and SU) for the challenge.
