Additional Skills Workshops and series
Skills series and injury prevention workshops help CrossFit athletes refine their technique, improve efficiency, and build strength for high-skill movements like Olympic lifts, gymnastics, and endurance work. These sessions focus on mobility, stability, and proper mechanics to enhance performance while minimizing the risk of common CrossFit-related injuries.
